AIICRTA-2026 Call For Paper Link

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Authors are required to maintain the following:

• Manuscripts may not exceed 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Additional pages can be added at an extra cost per page (see extra charges).
• The deadline for receiving the camera-ready version of papers is a HARD deadline. Any papers received after the deadline will not be included in the proceedings (No refund of registrations).

• Please follow the following steps to submit your camera ready paper:

  • Carefully read the reviewers’ comments on your paper and modify the paper accordingly.

  • Carefully read and follow the Guide for Authors by IEEE : https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.Templates for formatting your paper are provided above, under AIICRTA Templates for AIICRTA-2026. Authors are strongly discouraged from modifying the style files, including paper size, margin width, and font size restrictions. Any violation of the file format may result in the paper not being published in the proceedings.
  • You should submit a Zip file containing BOTH the PDF and source versions (Word or Latex) of your camera-ready paper. Files should be named using the following convention:
    • AIICRTA2026_PaperNumber.zip
    • AIICRTA2026_PaperNumber.docx
    • AIICRTA2026_PaperNumber.PDF
• The Zip file should be submitted to EasyChair.
• Make sure that one of the paper’s authors is registered.
